Joey is someone who has a lot of experience training people of all ages and abilities. I am 68 years old and I am working out with 20 lb. Weights, safely and happily. I recommend Joey highly!!

You will NEVER find a better personal trainer. I know I will not! I started training with Every Day Fitness about 3 years ago. I'm considered a senior and did not want to go into my later years unfit; without strength or losing balance as so many do. EDF has helped me to achieve this goal but I won't stop until I can no longer do it. I started in the gym and, won't lie, miss that direct training but moved out of state. I decided to try to continue virtually and it has been very successful. We rarely miss a session even when I have been traveling. They are the best! I promise!!! more than worth it!

I worked with Joey Schneider for over 2 years. And in that time I gained more strength than I thought possible in my 50’s. Ladies - strength training is SO IMPORTANT especially as we get older!! I also lost a ton of inches and 40lbs. I am in my 60's. Started training with Joey Schneider as the pandemic hit. I work out with 12 pound weights, do 100 ab crunches, and I feel great!! Joey helps me train safely and he is very kind and encouraging. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to feel their best!!
